What this policy covers

The site introduces the product and links to a separate web app. The landing page has no sign-up, forms, subscriptions, payments, or option to send text to AI. Interactive demos run locally in your browser.

Before the web app launches publicly, how it handles accounts and user requests will be described in a separate version of the documents and a separate consent form for personal data processing

Technical data

When you open the site, the hosting infrastructure may automatically receive your IP address, the date and time of your request, the address of the page you requested, the address of the page you came from, your browser type, your operating system, and diagnostic information

This information is used only to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and keep the site available. The operator does not combine it with user profiles or use it for advertising.

Hosting and data transfers

At first, the static site may be hosted through Vercel, Inc. The provider’s infrastructure may be located outside Russia and may process technical network data to deliver the site.

Before accounts and user content are added, the web app’s main databases, logs, and backups will be hosted in Russia. Data transfers to individual foreign providers will be assessed and documented separately.

Cookies and analytics

The site’s code does not set analytics cookies or use advertising pixels, fingerprinting, Webvisor, session replay, or client-side analytics systems. If this changes, the policy and consent mechanism will be updated before collection begins.

Retention and your rights

Technical information is kept only as long as needed for site security and operation, taking into account the infrastructure provider’s settings and legal requirements

You can request information about data processing, corrections, an end to processing, or data deletion at privacy@esme.team. To protect the data, the operator may ask the person making the request to verify their identity.
